If you submit your email address through the form on our website, we collect your email address. That is the only personal data we collect through this site.
If you book a call through our scheduling tool (Cal.com), Cal.com collects your name and email address to create the booking. Cal.com has its own privacy policy which applies to that data.
Why we collect it
We use your email address to send you occasional updates about what Srad is building. We will not send marketing spam, sell your data, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Where your data is stored
Email addresses submitted through the site are stored by Buttondown, our email service provider, which processes data in the United States. Buttondown's privacy policy is available at buttondown.com/legal/privacy.
Analytics
We do not currently use any analytics or tracking cookies on this website. If we add analytics in the future, we will use a cookie-free, privacy-respecting tool and update this policy accordingly.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send, or by emailing hello@srad.scot and asking us to remove your data. We will action any request within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without clear notice.
